Richard Sims manages the Gardner & White Regional Office in Tennessee and is focused on
addressing the group, retirement and worksite benefit needs of health care and not-for-profit
groups in Tennessee and Northern Mississippi.
Mr. Sims, who has served as an account manager and benefit plan specialist for health care groups
through a number of local banking and investment management firms in the Nashville area, possesses
a record of success in coordinating the skills and resources required for helping clients identify
and manage complex benefit planning needs.
Richard resides in Franklin and is a graduate of the University of Memphis. He is a Certified
Employee Benefit Specialist and a Registered Representative member of FINRA (The Financial Industry
Regulatory Authority). His professional experience and benefits expertise form an excellent resource
