Mr. Mandel is a Principal and member of the Board of Directors of Gardner & White, as well as
the manager of our Regional Office in Saint Paul. He directs the presentation of benefit programs
and services to clients in several states in the Upper Midwest, and is currently contracted to
provide consulting and advisory services to more than 170 healthcare clients in the region.
Jim has 30 years of experience in the benefits industry, with particular expertise in benefits
management, plan analysis, investments and financial counseling. He has held administrative,
consulting and marketing positions with major brokers and benefit providers, and is a frequent
speaker for industry conferences.
