Mr. Richard Sims manages the Gardner & White Regional Office in Tennessee and serves as Vice
President of National Accounts across the G&W platform in several states.
Richard holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis, with a major in accounting and a
designation as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton
School of Business. He is a Registered Representative of G&W Equity Sales, Inc., a member of
FINRA (The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), and holds all applicable life and health
licenses, including the Series 6 and 63 designations.
Mr. Sims has served as an account manager and benefit plan specialist for groups through national practice
management in the Nashville area, possessing a record of success in coordinating the skills and resources
required for helping clients identify and manage complex benefit planning needs. As a benefits professional
with over 25 years of experience and particular expertise in benefits management, plan analysis, investments
and financial counseling, Richard is an excellent resource for employer groups seeking qualified advisory
services.

Jacki has a diverse background with her career at Gardner & White beginning over 18 years
ago. In addition to being a primary Account Executive, preceding roles include account
billing & administration, corporate training and service quality management. She has
served as a client services representative for fully insured benefit plans, directed
administrative services in support of worksite benefit programs, and provided quality assurance
and auditing functions to medical plans and Flexible Spending Accounts. Jacki holds
Indiana, Illinois, Iowa and Missouri Life and Health licenses. As a Gardner & White Account
Executive, Jacki is focused on coordinating a responsive, proactive approach to serving the
benefit plan support needs of our clients across group and worksite benefit categories.

Ms. Zangs has worked in the employee benefits field for more than ten years,
specializing in providing consulting, enrollment and individual counseling
services for group benefit sponsors and their plan participants. She is a
Chartered Mutual Fund Consultant (CMFC) and a Registered Representative of
G&W Equity Sales, Inc., a member of FINRA (The Financial Industry Regulatory
Authority). Patrice, who is well rounded in her knowledge of group, retirement
and worksite benefit plans, is also currently pursuing a designation as a
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS).
