Anne Johnson has been helping employees with benefit planning needs for more than
20 years. She has conducted financial pre-retirement seminars, counseled individual
plan participants, managed sales representatives, and served as an account executive
on institutional 403(b), 401(k), and 457 plans, developing particular expertise
in serving health care groups. Ms Johnson possesses particular expertise in the
areas of retirement benefits and long term care insurance. She has a Bachelors of
Science degree in Consumer Management from Eastern Michigan University.

Ms. Gray has more than 23 years of experience in serving the employee benefit needs

arrangements. The central focus of her work with Gardner & White is based on
proactively helping clients identify benefit planning needs and responding to
service and support requirements. Tami has a degree in Business Administration
from the University of Indianapolis.

Ms. Zangs has worked in the employee benefits field for more than ten years,
specializing in providing consulting, enrollment and individual counseling
services for group benefit sponsors and their plan participants. She is a
Chartered Mutual Fund Consultant (CMFC) and a Registered Representative of
G&W Equity Sales, Inc., a member of FINRA (The Financial Industry Regulatory
Authority). Patrice, who is well rounded in her knowledge of group, retirement
and worksite benefit plans, is also currently pursuing a designation as a
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS).
