Please contact the Regional G&W Office in your area for assistance with your group’s employee benefit planning and service needs. I am available to help Gardner & White clients with general questions and concerns involving the enrollment, communication and administration of our plans and services.
Tami Gray
Vice President of Service Quality
Tami Gray manages the Gardner & White Service Quality Unit, a team of National Service Center benefit professionals working together to provide clients with critical administrative and communication support services. In cooperation with other benefit service specialists, each assigned to regions within the Gardner & White service area, Tami supports our customers with a proactive one-stop source of assistance for questions and service needs. She is also available to provide clients and G&W field personnel with direct, on-site assistance in the areas of training, plan enrollment activity, and systems support services.

Ms. Gray has more than 23 years of experience in serving the employee benefit needs of the health care industry, with particular expertise in group billing, flexible spending accounts and medical plan administration. The central focus of her work with Gardner & White clients is based on anticipating needs and responding to service opportunities. Tami has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis.
