Doug’s primary roles as Equity & Retirement Products Manager are to support the retirement plan
new business and retention activities of Gardner & White, and supervise the sales of registered
investment products for individual investment clients of G & W Equity Sales, Inc. Specific
responsibilities include development of sales and retention solutions for Gardner & White
clients, monitoring of industry and market trends and distribution of pertinent information and
materials to our representatives, proposal preparation and evaluation, plan design consulting, investment
portfolio design and analysis and service provider due diligence.
Doug is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist with over 25 years’ experience in the design, implementation
and management of retirement plans for small and medium sized employers. He is a graduate of Miami University
and a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
