Holly Irwin manages the Group Benefit Services Division of Gardner & White and serves as the
firm’s Practice Leader for group life, disability, accident, dental and medical benefit plans. Her
responsibilities include conducting market research, performing due diligence in evaluating plan
providers, and presenting clients and Gardner & White field personnel with guidance in selecting
among competitive plan design and service alternatives.
Ms. Irwin has more than 34 years of experience in managing the claims, underwriting, and billing
operations associated with group benefit plans. Holly also has an extensive background in working
with nationally recognized group plan providers focused specifically on the health care industry. Her
knowledge of the industry and unique expertise in benefits provide clients with a broader perspective
on all issues relating to group contracts and plan administration.
