Together, they focus on assessing and addressing plan selection and design issues relative to their fit within a client’s benefits program.
Service Quality Managers
The Gardner & White Service Quality unit provides our clients with a unique, convenient, single point of contact for coordinating support requirements for a wide range of employee benefit programs and services.
National Service Center
All field initiatives are backed by services offered by our National facility in Indianapolis. NSC personnel provide communications, systems support, administrative functions, education programs, enrollment material, technical assistance and research & reporting services.
